About the Road Trip
We want to do all we can to make it possible for everyone in our church to be a part of Hillsong Conference so we have created a fun & affordable road trip package to conference in The Hague.
The Hillsong Conference Road Trip package covers all your transport needs, including travelling to and from the Conference each day. It also includes chalet accommodation in a 3 star holiday park.
Please note that your registration for entry into the Conference will need to be purchased separately. You can register for Hillsong Conference Europe 2012 by clicking here.
Package Options
Option 1: Five day trip ticket
Monday 1st – Saturday 6th October
Total Cost: £135 per person
Private room: £200 per person
Option 2: Three day trip ticket
Wednesday 3rd – Saturday 6th October
Total Cost: £125 per person
Private room: £200 per person
The reason the three day trip ticket is only £10.00 less than a full time ticket is due to weekly booking restrictions at the accommodation.
Travel
The coaches will depart London at 8am outside North Greenwich underground station on Monday & Wednesday. The journey to The Hague will take approximately 7 hours.
We will leave The Hague Friday 5th October 2012 at 11pm (following the last session of Conference) and will be arriving back in London approximately 6am, Saturday 6th October (in time for the first tube from North Greenwich station).
Accommodation
Three bedroom self catered chalets (6 people per chalet). You can book your own room for an additional cost as indicated above.
The holiday park includes a heated indoor swimming pool, beach, tennis courts, archery, bike hire and a supermarket.
